Yes, visits in your absence need access to your home. The sitter passes document checks, an interview and training and works to the Alvis terms of service (Alvis Sp. z o.o., KRS 0000797420). You can hand over the keys in person at the meet-and-greet visit.

Yes. During the visit the sitter looks after all the animals in the home — the dog's walk, the cat's bowls and litter box — per your notes in the pet card.

Yes. Before the start we arrange a meet-and-greet visit at your home: you show the flat and your pet’s things, hand over the keys and ask questions. You see the sitter’s profile, experience and reviews already when choosing.
