Request and route
You give the route (e.g. home — vet), the time and your pet's needs. Three minutes in the app.
Choosing a courier
A vetted sitter-driver with experience transporting animals responds. You see the profile, reviews and decide.
Confirmation and payment
You accept the offer and pay securely through the platform. The booking is officially confirmed.
Pickup at the agreed time
The courier picks your pet up at the door at the agreed time — in a safe carrier or on a harness, as agreed.
In transit, cared for
A calm drive, in touch with you and the coordinator. No rush and no stress for the animal.
Arrival and a report
Photos and confirmation of arrival at the destination — you know your pet is safe.

How much a pet courier costs
We calculate the cost transparently: a starting fee plus a route rate based on Google Maps. Plus optional charges for waiting and equipment. You see the full amount in the app before booking.
