We offer a wide range of services tailored to different needs of pets and their owners: walks — regular dog walking adjusted to activity level; home visits — care for your pet in its own home, including feeding, litter box cleaning and giving medication; day care — your pet spends the day under a caregiver’s supervision; and round-the-clock care — a stay with a caregiver or at the owner’s home, ideal for trips.

The price depends on the type of service and the length of care. For example, a dog walk usually costs from about 29 to 85 zł, home visits for a cat around 45–75 zł per visit, and round-the-clock dog care with a caregiver most often around 69–150 zł per day. You will see the exact price after placing an order on the platform, as it depends on location, dates and individual arrangements.

Your pets are looked after by verified and carefully selected caregivers. Each person goes through a multi-stage selection process: data verification, training and a practical assessment with a mentor. We look not only at experience but also at attitude towards animals, responsibility and commitment, so you can be sure your pet is in good hands.

We do not sign individual contracts — all cooperation rules are set out in our Terms & Conditions, which you accept when placing an order. They contain all the key information about the services, the caregiver’s duties and the cancellation rules. This keeps the process simple, transparent and free of extra formalities.

Alvis operates in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Sopot, Gdynia, Kraków, Łódź, Wrocław, Poznań, Lublin and Katowice, as well as in Amsterdam. We are constantly opening new locations — if your city is not on the list, write to us and we will check the availability of caregivers near you.

Alvis is a platform that connects owners with verified caregivers — and we still care about every booking. Alvis Protect covers urgent veterinary costs up to 1000 zł per order, provides a fast replacement from the reserve if a caregiver cannot perform the service, and a coordinator available throughout the care. The cooperation rules are set out in the Terms accepted when placing an order.

You place an order in a few minutes on the platform: you choose your pet, the service, the city and the date. We will show verified caregivers near you, and before the first order you can meet the caregiver in person or online. After every service you receive a photo report with the route, feeding and your pet’s mood.
